About me

My name is Shelli Winstone and my biggest passion is people. I want to work with as many people as I can, to share the message that I started out with over 10 years ago, when my journey to becoming a coach began. This message has always been, and will always be;  ’'No matter who you are, your background, or what current circumstance may be, you can re-write your story and move forward positively! You have the ability within you, to achieve your goals, dreams, and be everything you ever wanted to be, and more!’'

Alongside my longstanding career of well over a decade within the corporate business world of Construction, where I have grown in many areas, as an individual, and a professional, I have spent 12 years working with young people, in a youth work capacity. Supporting young people to discover who they are, what their values are, challenging these individuals to explore beyond their comfort zones and discover there is way more to them, and their futures, than they may have thought was possible. The achievements of these individuals continued to be absolutely incredible! Its amazing what a little self belief can achieve! 

I have since developed my coaching platform and have now worked with a variety of individuals of all different ages, and at varying stages of their life. Working through their blockers, enabling them to re-evaluate and refresh their mind set,  beliefs and perspectives, leading to setting and achieving new goals! Using the different frameworks, and programs through coaching, dependent on the individual needs of the client, not only continues to develop my coaching skills, as every client is unique, but never fails to provide further learning opportunities for us both! Discovering new ways to empower people to improve their lives, and well-being is so rewarding!

There are many many Life Coaches out there, and you may wonder why you should work with me, over any of the other wonderful coaches out there. The truth is, that you will be successful when you feel comfortable, and able to have a trusting, open relationship with your coach. 

Life Coaching is everything I always wanted to do (I just didn't know it was called Life Coaching!!) It is my 'why', my purpose and my ultimate passion! First Steps Life Coaching is driven by my capacity and desire to care for people. My ultimate goal, is to enable as many people as possible, to achieve theirs!
